GOVERNING BODY OF

DEKALB, TEXAS

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the governing body of the City of De Kalb, Texas, will be held on Monday the 14th day of April 2025 at 6:30 p.m. De Kalb City Hall 210 N Runnels, De Kalb, Texas 75559, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

 

1. Call to Order

2. Invocation and Pledge

3. Open Forum (limited to 3 minutes)

4. Approve Minutes

5. Payment of Bills

6. Departmental Reports

7. Discussion and possible action to approve renewal of line of credit at State Bank of De Kalb

 

1. Discussion and possible action to approve application for park grant.

 

1.  Discussion and possible action to approve S.B. 11.45 for Little Bears Academy

 

1. Discussion and possible action to approve withdraw funds from CD to purchase tractor and bushhog

1. Mayor and Council will retire to closed session pursuant to Government Code 551.074   Personnel/Legal Matters

2. Mayor and Council will return to Open Session to consider and take official action.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the governing body of De Kalb, Texas is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted copy of said Notice on the bulletin board, in the City Hall of De Kalb, Texas; a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was posted April 08, 2025 by 5:00 PM, and remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
