NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE

GOVERNING BODY OF

DEKALB, TEXAS

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the governing body of the City of De Kalb, Texas, will be held on Tuesday the 14th day of October 2025 at 6:30 p.m. De Kalb City Hall 210 N Runnels, De Kalb, Texas 75559, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

3. Open Forum (limited to 3 minutes)

1. Discussion and possible action for authorization to issue requests for proposals (RFP) for administrative services and a request for qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services for the 2024 Disasters Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery Programs (2024 Disasters CDBG-DR) administered by the Texas General Land Office (GLO).

 

1. Discussion and possible action to appoint Dustin Jacops to the Board of Building Standards Board

 

1. Discussion and possible action to appoint Robert Walls to the Planning and Zoning Board

 

1. Discussion and possible action to approve road closures on Church Street for Trunk or Treat

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the governing body of De Kalb, Texas is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted copy of said Notice on the bulletin board, in the City Hall of De Kalb, Texas; a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was posted October 07, 2025 by 5:00PM, and remained so posted continuously for at least 3 days preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
