The Governing Body of the City of De Kalb, Texas will hold a Public Hearing, Friday, August 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at De Kalb City Hall, 210 N. Runnels, De Kalb, Texas on the proposed tax rate for the 2024-25 fiscal year.

SPECIAL CALLED COUNCIL MEETING

 

The Governing Body of the City of De Kalb, Texas will meet in a Special Called Council Meeting, Friday, August 23, 2024, immediately following Public Hearings on the 2024-25 Proposed Tax Rate at De Kalb City Hall, 210 N. Runnels, De Kalb, Texas, to consider and take official action on the following:

 

1. Call to Order

2. Invocation/Pledge

3. Open Forum

4. Public Comment

5. Discussion and possible action to approve Water Conservation Plan

6. Discussion and possible action to issue a burn ban for the City of De Kalb

7. Adjourn

 

 

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the governing body of DeKalb, Texas is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted a true and correct copy of said Notice on the bulletin board, at the City Hall of De Kalb, Texas, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times.  Said notice was posted on August 20, 2024, at least 72 hours prior to meeting and remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said Meeting.
